Regardless of their approach, every Librarian is a formidable psyker, channeling their unique mutation to protect Humanity.

The Primaris Librarian in Phobos Armour serves as an essential HQ option for any Adeptus Astartes faction, including Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and Space Wolves, where he acts as a Rune Priest. Skilled in combat and a potent psyker, he wields powers from the Obscuration discipline to weaken his foes. Equipped with a psychic hood, he has increased resistance against enemy psykers’ abilities. Additionally, like many Vanguard units, he wears a camo cloak that improves his ability to benefit from cover.
