📏 Understanding Miniature Scale (28mm / 32mm / 75mm)

Miniature scale refers to the height of an average human figure standing upright:

• 28mm scale → ~28mm from foot to eye level

• 32mm scale → ~32mm from foot to eye level

• 75mm scale → large display / collector scale

Scale does not refer to the base size.
Base size varies depending on the sculpt and what is pictured.

🛠 Support Removal – Safe, Easy Method (Recommended)

Delicate models ship with supports attached to prevent breakages.
These are very easy to remove safely:

1. Turn on your hot water tap and let it run until hot but not painful.

2. Hold the area where the supports meet the model under the hot water for 2–3 seconds.

3. The supports will soften immediately and can be peeled away like butter.

4. For tiny areas such as fingers or tails, snip around the support structure first.

5. Then gently pinch the end of the support with tweezers or cutters to separate it without twisting.

This method massively reduces the risk of damage.

These are high-detail resin miniatures, so some light hobby prep may be required:

• Snip or soften supports as above

• Sand or file contact points if needed

• Assemble with superglue (cyanoacrylate)

• Prime before painting for best results

• Large multipart kits may need gap filler (Milliput / Green Stuff)

During post-processing, I use cleaning and curing substances that may occasionally leave a slight sticky residue on the surface.

This is harmless and easily removed with:

✔️ Make-up remover wipes

No additional treatment is required.
